We are looking for an excellent HLTA to join our team.

We are a one-form entry primary school in Norwich, near the University of East Anglia, with children from nursery age to Year 6.

We pride ourselves on our wonderfully inclusive, diverse school community.

HLTAs play a vital role in our school - they are not just used for \"cover\" but as someone who plays a key part in helping children learn and develop.

This would be a morning role working as a HLTA from 8:30am - 12:30pm. This post would be in the Year 5 and 6 team, working alongside three teachers and two teaching assistants. The activities and responsibilities in this role will vary; you may provide cover for the classes or run intervention groups as well as supporting the teacher.
In this permanent role, you will soon become part of our friendly, supportive and kind team. As part of our academy's offer, we can offer training to help you develop your HLTA skills.

The Broad Horizons Education Trust is an equal opportunities employer, committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

Please call to discuss the role.
