Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans for adult learners tailored to healthcare professionals
• Provide individualized instruction and tutoring to meet the needs of each student
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Assess student progress and provide feedback on their performance
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure a comprehensive educational experience
• Utilize technology and other resources to enhance learning outcomes
• Contributing to language education relevant to the healthcare field.

Skills/Experince & Qualifications:

• Applicant with a varied academic qualification, professional qualifications and/or relevant experience accepted
• Strong proficiency in designing and implementing assessments tailored to healthcare

professionals.

• Ability to coordinate evaluations and award grades based on performance in the

healthcare training sector.

• Experience in coordinating educational activities within an organization.
• Knowledge of language education relevant to the healthcare field is advantageous.
• Experience working with adult learners or children in an educational setting
• Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and information
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

£22,400.00 per year
