Our client is looking for a full time Duty Manager.

This person will work 5 shifts per week which will include Sunday and Monday and you will have responsibility smooth running of the venue whilst on shift.

Shifts will be a combination of early, middle andlates with the earliest start being 7am and the latest finish 11pm but they will be consistent on a weekly basis.

The successful person needs to have exceptional customer services skills, and be comfortable in a busy and varied, customer facing role with theability to lead a small team.

Core duties of the role will include: Managing venue operations - greeting guests, assisting with serving if required, organising staff rotas, etc

  • Managing Events setting up and running conferences and events, greeting guests, ensuring refreshments have been provided, setting up projectors, etc as required
  • Acting as the point of escalation for any guest issues which may arise
  • Handing over to the incoming manager at the end of the shift


The role would suit someone who comes from a hospitality, hotel, restaurant, events or similar background who is interested in working with people and providing a high level of customer experience.

Any previous experience in a leadership role would be useful.
