Band 6 Education Practitioner for Health Inequalities 12-month secondment

Recognising there is a gap between the least healthy people in society & the healthiest, Leeds CCG has committed to Leeds [being] a healthy and caring city for people of all ages where people who are the poorest improve their health the fastest.


The Professional Development Team in collaboration with the Public Health Specialist Team at LTHT are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, & experienced registrant to support staff in AUDIT- C screening and providing education to colleagues in improving patient pathways.


Focusing on Drug & Alcohol services this role will be key in the delivery of training programmes to staff across LTHT.

This will include the planning of programmes, staff training & implementing service delivery and improvements where needed.
