Finance Manager - This dynamic growing Entertainment / Hospitality business with a Head Office in London's West End, is looking to recruit a Qualified Finance Manager (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) to manage the day-to-day finance function.

This is a newly createdrole, reporting to the CFO.


Key tasks include:

  • Leading the month end process with the help of GMs and business partners
  • Maintenance of all balance sheets.
  • Ensuring accurate sales and stock reconciliations.
  • Assist in the annual budgeting process and reforecasting.
  • Provide cashflow modelling, feeding these projections into the company 5year strategic plan.
  • Implementing clear processes and procedures, for stock control and sales reconciliations to ensure consistency across all business units.
  • Management of suppliers and the aged creditor and debtor ledgers.
  • Coordinate with our outsourced payroll provider to ensure payroll is prepared on time.
  • Assist in the annual statutory audit, working with auditors to provide relevant information.
  • Prepare quarterly VAT returns for review.
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly trading reports.
  • Undertake KPI and margin analysis to drive out efficiencies and identify opportunities to increase revenue and cost control.
  • Assist the CFO with ad hoc projects, finance modelling and business cases.
