Finance Manager - This dynamic growing Entertainment / Hospitality business with a Head Office in London's West End, is looking to recruit a Qualified Finance Manager (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) to manage the day-to-day finance function.
This is a newly createdrole, reporting to the CFO.Key tasks include:
- Leading the month end process with the help of GMs and business partners
- Maintenance of all balance sheets.
- Ensuring accurate sales and stock reconciliations.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and reforecasting.
- Provide cashflow modelling, feeding these projections into the company 5year strategic plan.
- Implementing clear processes and procedures, for stock control and sales reconciliations to ensure consistency across all business units.
- Management of suppliers and the aged creditor and debtor ledgers.
- Coordinate with our outsourced payroll provider to ensure payroll is prepared on time.
- Assist in the annual statutory audit, working with auditors to provide relevant information.
- Prepare quarterly VAT returns for review.
- Preparation of weekly and monthly trading reports.
- Undertake KPI and margin analysis to drive out efficiencies and identify opportunities to increase revenue and cost control.
- Assist the CFO with ad hoc projects, finance modelling and business cases.
