About Our Client:


This IFA business has been established for nearly 20 years, with a strong staff count and an ever growing team.

They were formed with several clear goals, and continue to build their name is the market for being straight forward financial advisors.

On a day to day basic you can expect to be:

  • Preparing portfolio valuations, producing illustrations and processing of new business.
  • Arranging meetings with clients for the advisers.
  • Handling client's requests and queries.
  • Preparing suitability reports for the approval of the Financial Adviser in line with the company policy.
  • Sending reports and investment information to clients.
  • Accurately submitting data on the system for clients.
  • Familiar with the software 'Intelliflo' (desirable but not essential).
  • Ensuring work is completed in specified timelines.

The Successful Applicant:


The successful IFA Administrator will require the following:

  • Previous experience working in an IFA or similar role
  • Financial services experience is a must
  • Strong administration skill set
  • Great communication skill s
  • Up to date with current FCA Legislation would be ideal
