What you'll be doing

  • Supporting colleagues in successfully delivering cost management services
  • Measuring and quantifying construction packages from drawings and specifications
  • Recording pricing of variations and project changes
  • Supporting the preparation of tender documentation
  • Reviewing tender documentation which will initially involve data capture for benchmarking and future cost plans
  • Attending project/client meetings which will initially involve taking minutes
  • Developing your written and oral communication skills.

Who we're looking for:


  • 3 x A Levels with an average B grade pass (BBC minimum).
  • Applicants should also have five GCSEs grade C or above or grade 5 to 9 (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • A willingness to learn and develop your career and professional knowledge
  • A passion for construction projects
