We are seeking to appoint an individual with strong knowledge and skills relevant to the area of teaching, learning and the student experience in higher education, with proven experience of working in the field.

It is essential that applicants have an awareness of the procedures and processes in relation to the provision of postgraduate taught and/or undergraduate education.

It is also desirable to have previous experience of using the university student administration and record systems.


The post holder will directly line manage a team of administrators and assistants and will be responsible for, and effectively administer, all areas of the teams' activities including, but not limited to, careers and employability, student surveys, Welcome and Induction, student communications and offering bespoke student engagement and student development activities.

In addition, the post holder would in part be responsible for managing the Student Support Hub in the School of Engineering, ensuring the hub provides advice and guidance to students progressing through the student journey.
