Description
Alban House is currently recruiting Shift leaders to support and assist to lead the team as our residency increases.

We are looking for individuals that are confident in the following areas:


  • To help run the floor and lead a team of carer's to ensure our residents needs are met safely and in a person centered fashion
  • To support the manager with various tasks
  • To work in partnership with external healthcare professionals
  • To ensure the safe administration of medication is undertaken.
  • To support in the care planning and review processes as directed by the Manager.
  • To complete records accurately and professionally.
  • To comply with policies and procedures at all times.
  • To support with the induction and ongoing development and monitoring of the care staff's performance.
  • To assist with Quality Assurance processes as directed by the Manager.
  • To undertake paid on call duties to cover sickness when required
  • Paid in addition to your normal salary
This role includes the opportunity to enroll onto level 2 or 3 care diplomas funded by Alban House.

Licence/Certification:

  • NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (required)
