Marketing Assistant
Llanmoor Homes is a fast-growing, Pontyclun-based company that provides a wide range of services to its clients. We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team and help us grow.

The Marketing Assistant will work closely with Management and the Sales teams to support the overall marketing efforts of the company.

You will work on projects such as social media management, website content, event planning, and more.

Job Requirements:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A passion for marketing and customer service
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong written and verbal communication
An understanding of photoshop, illustrator and other design tools an advantage
Experience in social media management preferred but not essential.
Must be capable of networking and building B-B relationships
Be excited about marketing and have a creative mindset.
Must have a driving license and own car.

Duties:

Manage and create content for all Social Media Platforms
Prepare Company PR(purchasers, sales advisors, other) to create good content to be used across all marketing platforms.
Create Video's and photo's for Tik Tok and other social media visiting our Sales Centres Meet and liaise with purchasers for PR stories
Update Company Blog with News and updates
Prepare a sitebysite targeted marketing strategy to meet the Company needs
Assist Providing weekly/monthly feedback on marketing performance

Pay:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
