Customer Care Representative
Department:Telesales
Reports To:Team Leader
Main Duties/Responsibilities:


  • To act as a direct point of contact for customers.
  • To deal with each call with excellent interpersonal skills, empathy and patience.
  • To offer solutions in a courteous and professional manner.
  • To take ownership of issues raised and follow through on solutions in order to provide customeroriented quality service excellence.
  • To deal with all returns in line with company procedure.
  • To investigate and raise credits where necessary.
  • Investigate and resolve complaints and may forward more complex scenarios to senior level staff.
  • To prioritise daily work load to aid with the efficiency of the department.
  • To undertake any other task that the manager may request.

The Person

  • Excellent communication skills, tenacity, the ability to influence people and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.

Company Knowledge:


  • To understand the Company Aims and Visions.
  • To understand the functions of all department within the Company.
  • To have a general understanding of Competitors.

System Knowledge:


  • To be able to use Word/Excel/Outlook to a basic level.
