Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- To act as a direct point of contact for customers.
- To deal with each call with excellent interpersonal skills, empathy and patience.
- To offer solutions in a courteous and professional manner.
- To take ownership of issues raised and follow through on solutions in order to provide customeroriented quality service excellence.
- To deal with all returns in line with company procedure.
- To investigate and raise credits where necessary.
- Investigate and resolve complaints and may forward more complex scenarios to senior level staff.
- To prioritise daily work load to aid with the efficiency of the department.
- To undertake any other task that the manager may request.
The Person
- Excellent communication skills, tenacity, the ability to influence people and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
Company Knowledge:
- To understand the Company Aims and Visions.
- To understand the functions of all department within the Company.
- To have a general understanding of Competitors.
System Knowledge:
- To be able to use Word/Excel/Outlook to a basic level.
