Description

We are seeking a highly motivated practitioner with a passion to improve the experience of our ageing and frail population This is a 22 hours per week post focused on the management, assessment and early intervention for our frail population on Arran.

This Band 7 role would suit a forward thinking and diligent individual, with a proven track record of delivering high quality care.

You will play a key role in our MDT team and be based in Arran Medical Group practice and at Arran War Memorial Hospital.
