We now have an exciting opportunity available for a
Heart of House Supervisor.

As our
Heart of House Supervisor, your unwavering commitment revolves around creating a warm and hospitable environment within the Team Hub - the central point for team members during their well-deserved breaks.

This vibrant space features a large-screen TV, serving as the backdrop for shared meals, relaxation, and friendly conversations. Your primary responsibilities include the meticulous upkeep of the area's cleanliness, ensuring timely food deliveries during breaks, diligent implementation of food safety management checks, and providing crucial support to the diligent housekeeping team

Our
Heart of House Supervisor display a pleasant and positive attitude and promote efficiency, courtesy and confidence within the department ensuring all guest requests are carried out in a timely and professional manner.

Salary:
up to £30,000 per annum

What we would like our
Heart of House Supervisor to bring:

Previous, relevant experience in a hotel.
Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
Excellent communication skills, both facetoface and over the telephone.
Good level of written and spoken English
