Adecco are currently recruiting for a

Recruitment and Marketing Officer to join a prestigious university based in Greenwich.

Salary:
£13.70

Duration:20 th of March - 12 weeks (high potential of being extended)

Working pattern:
arrangements between home and office work - 50:50, 35 hours per week

Contract type:
Temporary

Roles and responsibilities

Team Specific:

Assist the Recruitment and Marketing Manager to implement the Faculty Recruitment and Marketing plans, working seamlessly with other teams in the Faculty and the wider university.
Establish and maintain good working relationships in contributing to the delivery of an effective and efficient support service, working as a team to deliver shared goals.

Student Recruitment events and related marketing activities

Be the main point of contact for student recruitment events (both physical and virtual) including open days, taster/applicant days and outreach activities.
Coordinate arrangements across the four schools in the operational planning of student recruitment events to ensure maximum conversion through excellent visitor experiences.

Digital Communications - web, advertising and social media

Client Relationship Management tool (CRM)

Assist in the creation of prospect and applicant communications through generating copy and sourcing appropriate images.
Take responsibility for keeping abreast of all CRM updates in order to implement and communicate necessary changes as required in accordance with University guidelines.
