We have partnerships with over one hundred schools, several local authorities and we're a Tuition Partner of the National Tutoring Programme, a programme set up by the Department for Education to make high-quality tutoring available to schools - to help those whose education has been most affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.
It's been an exciting year at Tutors Green, we've experienced rapid growth in demand for our services, our internal team has doubled in size and we're working with more students, schools, Local Authorities and charities than ever before.
To maintain the quality of service as we scale up our tuition services nationally, we're continuing to grow our internal team.
About the Role
You'll be joining our fun and passionate team during an exciting growth-stage of the company
As Executive Assistant (EA) and Project Coordinator, your role will involve supporting our company Director with managing key responsibilities and projects within the company - enabling us to grow our service and continue to deliver high-quality tuition programmes.
What to expect from the EA role:
- Manage scheduling for company Director
- Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company Director
- Organise and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the Director
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Maintain various records and documents for company Director
- General HR administration support
- Company expenses support
- Act as office manager (office supply inventory)
- Take minutes during meetings (occasional, not often)
- Support with organising company socials
What to expect from the Project Coordniator role:
- The position will involve supporting with the administration, implementation and management of several projects, including but not limited to:
- Implementing a new company CRM via Airtable
- Marketing projects
- Arranging company training
- Tutor training
- Student progress data management
- Improving company processes and systems
- Automation projects e.g. implementing new software/AI across different departments at Tutors Green.

- Someone with strong intuition and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
What we're looking for (desirable/non-essential qualities):
- Previous experience in an EA or Project Coordinator position
- Good peoplemanagement skills
- Understanding of the UK education system
- Experience working with disadvantaged students
