About the Role:


As a Client Onboarding Executive at Houst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our new clients have an exceptional onboarding experience.

You will be the primary point of contact, responsible for establishing and nurturing strong relationships with our clients from the outset of our partnership.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding new properties across the UK and Ireland, utilising a combination of remote calls and facetoface meetings in London.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trustbased relationships with new clients during the initial stages of their partnership with Houst.
  • Create professional and compelling property listings that showcase our clients' properties effectively to potential guests.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition for new clients and properties onto the Houst platform.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Houst, embodying our commitment to exceptional service and client satisfaction.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in client onboarding, account management, or similar roles within the property management or hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of the UK and Ireland property markets is an advantage.
