Description
We are currently looking for a part time Helpdesk Operator, to be based at Worcestershire Royal Hospital.

The Switchboard team answer approximately 3000+ calls a day, dealing with both internal and external calls, and handling emergency calls.

Shift pattern required is every Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, working hours 15.00 to 23.00.


We operate 24/7 and you will be required to work public and bank holidays, should your shift fall on that day.

Basic rate of pay is £10.44 per hour

Annual leave entitlement is 13 days per annum.

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:
