UX Team you will be a key player within the
Product Division (Sportsbook + Platforms) to help strengthen and build the team.
Job Description:
The Goal
As part of UX Leadership team you will be responsible for the ongoing delivery of
UX deliverables for OpenBet's B2B products including new features as well as ongoing improvements, working closely with Product Owners, Developers and QA to ensure outstanding design quality
- Defining the UX for OpenBet's Products based on working with UCD methodology
- Conducting analysis/heuristic reviews to feed into recommendations
- High-Level definition of process flows defining user roles, goals and tasks
- Partnering with development teams and Product Managers to provide thoughtful visual and interactive design solutions that deliver usable and desired value to customers while understanding technical constraints and effectively balancing quality and speed of delivery
- Monitoring and sharing knowledge on emerging technologies, trends within UX, and the gambling industry
The Player
What You will be Doing
As the
Senior UX Lead you will help to strengthen and build up our UX Team.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment, leading a team and contributing to the development of many parts of OpenBet's omnichannel product suite including Digital, Retail and Managed Trading Services.
You will be developing and implementing solutions for industry-leading operators alongside UX team members.you will have experience of working with Designers, Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts and participating in cross-functional workshops as well as have a passion for great UX.

Key Success Factors
- Degree in Human Computer Interaction, New Media Design, Computer Science or similar
- Extensive UX/UI design experience working within agile teams
- Experience with Design Systems, Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar
- Experienced with modern humancentred design best practices, customer interaction methods and highly skilled in facilitation and design thinking
- Collaborative with team management experience
- A team player, with strong interpersonal skills who thrives on projects from concept through to delivery, as well as experience with mentoring other UX designers
The Nice to Haves
- Sports betting and Web Analytics knowledge
- Industry, Agile, DesignOps & Inhouse design experience
- Experience with largescale & multilingual sites, usability testing, Frontend frameworks and CSS
