We're excited to be back on the market looking for a talented Recruitment Consultant to join us in Manchester. We're getting ready for the new year, and we can't wait to welcome you into our business. We appreciate a good life-work balance, so the role will be hybrid, with three days working from our Piccadilly office.

Role overview:

You will be a part of the UK Engineering Hub and work on a temp desk in the Food & FMCG industry.

The beauty of this role is that you will have direct contact with the existing client base and a steady regular flow of jobs all ripe for picking.

We do love a bit of sales here at SRG, so business development will be required - the more you grow your desk, the faster you work your way up.

Not to worry though, you will not be spending your week doing hundreds of cold calls - unless you want to

You have a technical brain and the curiosity to expand your technical knowledge.
You have experience in working and filling temp roles.
Ambitious/driven.
Excellent communication skills.
10/10 customer service skills
Interested in people, empathetic and naturally inquisitive.
Strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
Strong influencing skills
