This role is for a Digital, Data, and Quality Officer (Digital and Transformation Officer) to work within Darlington PCN as the main Data Quality Contact/Data Protection Officer leading a range of digital transformation projects that are designed to increase access to care for patients, by: Supporting the adoption of new technology and other initiatives to improve the care offered Enabling Darlington PCN staff to work more effectively to support the sustainability of general practice services We are looking for a delivery-driven individual who can develop effective working relationships across the PCN contributing to all aspects of data quality to ensure our data is accurate, consistent, and complete.

You will ensure policies are reviewed, and provide support, advice, and assurance of PCN activities involving processing personal data are managed accordingly.

You will bring your highly specialised knowledge and skills to maintain the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and be responsible for the delivery of the Information Governance strategy across the PCN.

The post-holder will work closely with Darlington PCNs Digital and Transformational Lead and Clinical Directors in addition to the Integrated Care Board (ICB) Digital Transformation Team, which is responsible for setting the digital strategy and procuring/managing digital tools in primary care.


You will be an experienced Project Manager with digital transformational and data quality/analytical skills with considerable project experience within an NHS environment.
