    Job description:
    We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Chef/Baker to join our client in Peckham.

    This role involves working within a fast-paced factory environment, supporting assembly line operations, and ensuring the efficient packing of finished products.

    The ideal candidate will have factory or warehouse experience, mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with hand and power tools. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills within the manufacturing sector and contribute to high-quality production processes.

    Responsibilities

    Operate and monitor machinery on the assembly line to ensure smooth production flow

    Pack finished products accurately and efficiently according to company standards

    Use hand tools and power tools for assembly, adjustments, or repairs as needed

    Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area to meet safety standards

    Conduct quality checks on products to identify defects or inconsistencies

    Support inventory management through accurate recording of materials used and finished goods produced

    Follow health and safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment


    Salary & Terms:
    £13.00 per hour

    9am to 5pm

    Any 5 days out of 7

    Temp to perm
