You will be reporting to the Group Academy Manager, working in a team along with Quality managers and other tutors / assessors.
We have already enrolled and completed 100s of apprentices who work in a variety of roles: Vehicle Technicians, Business Administration, Fleet, Service, Parts, Bodyshop, Sales, Marketing and Finance.

- To plan, develop, deliver, assess, and evaluate high quality training programmes
Responsibilities:
- Deliver training and assess learners as part of their qualification to ensure a successful outcome in line with contractual requirements and targets. To stretch and challenge learners and show progression throughout their journey.
- To set, assess and record learners work including practical assessment, assignments, examination and coursework assessment
- To carry out all theory and practical training and action planning with learners maintaining up to date and accurate learner and programme documentation including; teacher documents, training plans, registers and learner tracking.
- Undertake health and safety checks for learners on programme.
- To work as part of a team developing appropriate teaching and learning materials to support your learners.
- To take an active part in the quality improvement systems and procedures contributing to the selfassessment and quality improvement plans.
- To complete learner qualifications with a timely achievement and prepare learners for end point assessment.
- To give comprehensive information, advice and guidance ensuring learners are given clear direction regarding the apprenticeship, job outcomes and careers within their chosen field.
- To have excellent organisational and planning skills to ensure all deadlines met and internal MIS are maintained and up to date.
- To be able to teach and deliver maths and English to stretch and challenge exempt apprentices.
- To deliver teaching and learning to apprentices on maths and English skills and knowledge to ensure they achieve functional skills at level 2.
Qualification requirements:
- PTLLS or equivalent
- Teaching: 2 years preferred
- Assessor Award or equivalent
- Automotive/Technical at Level 3 or above
- Functional Skills or equivalent to level 2
Knowledge and Experience required:
- Experience of working in the training / educational sector
- Experience of getting apprentices ready for end point assessment
- Up to date knowledge of occupational competence areas
- Experience of delivering Apprentice standards and managing own caseload
- Proven experience of improving and maintaining quality
Skills and Abilities required:
- Influence and motivate learners
- Manage a constant workload with conflicting demands to achieve time targets
- Good oral and written communication
- Attention to detail
- Teamworking skills
- IT skills at a level commensurate with job role
- Travel to branches / sites as necessary
- Full driving license
