Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Business Support Administrator.

As a Business Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

This is a full-time position based in our office.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
  • Maintain company registration and subscriptions, ensuring they are renewed and compliant with local authorities
  • Prepare and regularly review company policies and handbooks
  • Maintain compliance and quality records for ISO standards
  • Represent excellent etiquette and customer service to clients and visitors
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and mothly reports
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • The role will involve the transmission of fairly complex and sensitive information. A significant degree of confidentiality and discretion will need to be displayed at all times

Experience:


  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in data entry and computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, PDF
  • Familiarity with workflow management software
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in performing clerical tasks
  • Confidentiality and discretion
  • Ocassional National and International travel may be required

£21,500.00-£24,500.00 per year
