We have an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join us as a Customer Service Assistant based at The Pods.


You will join a busy, fast paced, front of house customer service team to provide a flexible approach to cover and assist the team to ensure both reception areas, phones and other forms of customer contact solutions are staffed in line with business needs.


This role would be ideal for you if you are a customer focused individual with a strong interest and/or experience in fitness and wellbeing.

The purpose is to provide a friendly and efficient operation of the front of house service to customers, staff, site visitors including contractors and the general public.

As first point of contact for our leisure centre services you will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with staff, customers and service users alike.

You will need a high level of working knowledge of computer systems and possess excellent organisational skills. You will be confident in completing both individual and team tasks and a non-judgmental attitude is essential.
