About the Premium Services Enterprise Migration Consultant role...

Joining our team to coordinate a complex service transition and customer migration from our legacy products to a single unified customer interface

What you'll do

  • Be the first point of contact for Enterprise group queries and also act as a 'Champion' for any updates, enhancements, including possible customer communications etc.
  • Liaise with the Enterprise Team for any Planning and Conducting Pre or Post migration training sessions for Enterprise groups on new procedures and new Product features.
  • Manage escalations, customer queries and complaints as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Incident Management Standards
  • Working with the Product Team to raise any feedback / incident and communicating updates to the Enterprise Group.
  • Assist in pre and post migration error message handling for Enterprise Group (example: Liaise with Enterprise team / Product team for any communication etc).
  • Work on cases and calls as required
