PRU Teaching Assistant

This role:

Must have previous experience of working in a PRU or have transferable skills
Strong understanding of behaviours that challenge, SEMH and Trauma
Good deescaltion techniques
A resilient and confident person, who will be a positive role model
An effective communicator and goo at building relationships
Reliable, consistent and committed
Working both on a 1:1 and small groups

To be eligible for this role you must hold a right to work in the UK, be able to provide 2 years of professional references and have an enhanced DBS on the update service.
