Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the account manager to generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and crossselling
  • Answering incoming sale calls and provide customers with product and service information
  • Monitor and respond to all incoming web/landing page enquiries in a timely manner
  • Operate and maintaining a 'best in class' customer experience
  • Build and maintain positive and effective working relationships with all customers
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered in a timely manner
  • Support the account manager to achieve team objectives, such as sales campaigns, Forecasts, and track client account metrics
  • Identifying opportunities to grow business with existing clients
  • Coordinate with staff members working on the same accounts to ensure consistent service
  • Collaborates with the team to reach prospective clients
  • Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
  • Keep records of client transactions and seek to track and monitor
Maintains working knowledge of products and services sold and keeps updated on industry developments and internal updates.
