HR Advisor permanent vacancy

About Company:

A specialist construction contractor in project management, design and installation of insulated cladding, roofing, Fire compartment walls, data store chambers and - Maintenance & repairs of building structures.

About Role & Responsibilities:

Reporting to Managing Director
A working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices and legislation
Providing advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws to employees and management.
Supporting recruitment and selection processes, including writing job descriptions, advertising vacancies, and conducting interviews.
Assisting in the development and implementation of HR initiatives such as employee training and development programs.
Managing employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
Ensuring HR processes and procedures are legally compliant and adhere to company policies.
Handling employee queries and concerns, providing timely and accurate responses.
Maintaining HR records and databases, ensuring accurate and uptodate information.
Assisting in the analysis of HR data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
Conducting regular audits and reviews of HR practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

Salary / Benefits / Other details:
£30,000 - £40,000 per annum pro rata for part-time
