Based at Albany Outdoors our Watersports Instructor team deliver a range of Paddle Sports coaching, Sailing and Activity experiences to children and adults across the boroughs of Kingston and Richmond and the locality.

About the role


Albany Outdoors provides activity experiences to children and adults in Kayaking, Canoeing, Paddleboarding, Dragon Boating, Sailing, Archery, and Challenge course.

Albany Outdoors is a British Canoeing Delivery Partner, and RYA approved Training Centre and holds an AALA Licence.


Our clients include:

  • Schools and educational support and alternative provision.
  • Holiday Activities for Easter Summer and half terms.
  • Youth Clubs and after school clubs
  • Adult Taster, skills courses, River trips, and Family Paddler groups.

About you

You will have a National Governing Body Instructing or Coaching award and a basic first aid certificate. For example, British Canoeing Paddlesports Instructor or above, a Royal Yachting Association Dinghy Instructor or above or ASI SUP Coach Level


You will have a keen interest in developing your skills and a desire to work flexible hours which could include weekends and evenings.
