EH14411_ An independent Building Consultancy are looking to add an ambitious and hardworking Building Surveyor to their Edinburgh team.


The Building Surveyor role


The successful Building Surveyor's day to day workload will include working on professional services such as dilapidations, technical due diligence, defect diagnosis, develop monitoring, party wall & neighbourly matters and schedule of condition.


Alongside this, the Building Surveyor will gain experience managing projects including new builds, refurbishments, repairs and developments across the residential, commercial, education, healthcare and hospitality sectors.


This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Building Surveyor who is looking to develop their Building Surveying career within a well-rounded and varied role.


The Building Surveyor

  • A Building Surveying Degree
  • Part way through APC/MRICS
  • Previous Building Surveying experience within a Consultancy environment
