Financial Controller - Reading, Berkshire - Office based with flexibility - £55,000 - £65,000 + benefits
FryerMiles is partnering to recruit a Financial Controller to work with a leading professional services company in Reading, Berkshire.

Due to the continued success of the business, our client seeks a Financial Controller to support the business and reportdirectly to the Managing Director and other senior stake holders.

You will be tasked with the preparation of the financial ledgers, cashflow forecasting, and production of financial and management accounts.

The Finance Controller will assist in the preparation of budget and forecast and provide the management information needed in order to drive business performance.

The Financial Controller will prepare the monthly management accounts and ad hoc management information as needed from time to time by the business such as cash flow forecasting and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities will also include the reconciliationof balance sheet accounts, such prepayment, accruals, accrued income and longer-term provision balances. Managing the external Accountant who will submit the statutory accounts and audit information. Preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns as wellas managing the external accountant with the statutory accounts.

Our client seeks a hands-on enthusiastic accountant with previous experience working within a fast paced and detailed environment.
