Internal Account Manager - Facilities Management - Leicestershire - Up to £35,000

About the company

We are working with a growing organisation who due to expansion is looking for two internal account managers to work within the sales function.

The Internal Account Manager is responsible for internal account management of key clients and sales support, based out of their offices in Loughborough

This will be a key role in the interface between clients and internal stakeholders and will be responsible for maximising service delivery.

Internal Account Manager - Requirements

  • Proven experience in an internal sales, account management or customer service role
  • A proven track record in building positive relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Experience of successfully resolving client issues
  • Experience of coordinating activity and achieving key deliverables
  • Experience of updating a knowledge database system
  • Experience of working in a fastpaced customerdriven environment
  • Able to demonstrate a drive and hunger to succeed and win
Desirable

  • Experience of producing sales quotations/proposals
  • Experience of carrying out a commercially focused role
  • A background in IT, Engineering, Construction, Facilities Management, Datacentres or M&E Contracting.
