Description

Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming calls from customers and clients, providing information on services and taking bookings.
  • Manage appointments, ensuring that they are scheduled effectively and efficiently.
  • Liaise with linguists to ensure that appointments are booked according to their availability.
  • Communicate with customers to provide a tailored and supportive service, answering any questions and addressing any concerns.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure that customer needs are met.

Requirements:


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to be empathetic and patient.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime
  • Weekend availability
