Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and clients, providing information on services and taking bookings.
- Manage appointments, ensuring that they are scheduled effectively and efficiently.
- Liaise with linguists to ensure that appointments are booked according to their availability.
- Communicate with customers to provide a tailored and supportive service, answering any questions and addressing any concerns.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that customer needs are met.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to be empathetic and patient.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
