CupsDirect Sales Service Administrator.




SALARY:
£25'838 - £27'560
The working pattern for this role is Monday to Friday.

Salary is £25,'838 for 37.5 hours per week at £13.25 per hour, Or £27'560 based on a 40 hour week at £13.25 per hour.

20 Days Holiday + Paid Bank Holidays.


LOCATION:
Office Based - Peldon, Colchester, Essex. CO5 7QS.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be communicating with customers regarding orders, ensuring specification of orders are understood.

Processing Telephone orders and providing general web and digital assistance to our online customers including recommending products and providing quotes.

You will be required resolve customer deliveries issues which will involve liaising with our delivery partners and directly with customers.

Part of the role will include checking and processing orders and communicating with the warehouse team to ensure this process runs smoothly.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Must have transportation to get to work. (We are located out of town).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Enthusiastic, motivated and driven.
  • The ability to work as part of small office team.
  • The ability to multitask and handle the pressure of a busy day.

Work Remotely:

This role is predominantly Office based (Peldon Colchester) However occasional Hybrid role is negotiable when you have a good understanding of role.


Pay:
£25,838.00-£27,560.00 per year
