Opinion Research Services (ORS) are a Swansea based Social Research organisation that work on behalf of several Local Governments, County Councils, Police Forces, Health and Fire services.


We are looking for new telephone interviewers to come and join the team, working with us in providing the public with a voice.


We offer a variety of working patterns including weekdays, evenings and weekends, although majority of shifts will be weekday afternoons/evenings.

Extensive training will be provided from our main office in Swansea City Centre.

We expect work to continue from the office for duration of probation period before we would consider any home working to ensure all successful applicants meet the probationary criteria.

Pay is Hourly National Minimum Wage to start with. We also offer performance bonuses.

Full-time, Part-time


Salary:
£7.49-£10.90 per hour
