Description

Night Shift Commercial Parts Advisor required at Commercial Main Dealer in Longbenton.

Basic Salary: up to £30,000
OTE: up to £34,000
Hours: Night shift, Monday to Friday, 10pm 6am.

An opportunity has arisen and we are recruiting for a Night Shift Commercial Parts Advisor to join the busy team at our Commercial Main Dealer client in Longbenton.

The ideal Night Shift Commercial Parts Advisor will ensure the highest levels of customer service are reached at all times.

Night Shift Commercial Parts Advisor must enjoy working with people, be a proven team player, advise and assist internal and external customers to ascertain which parts are required, supply all necessary vehicle and trailer parts required to satisfy their needs, and obtain non-stocked items as quickly as possible.

Key duties as a Night Shift Commercial Parts Advisor include:

Advise and help both new and reliable customers (service/sales)
Handle all customer enquiries via telephone and in person in a helpful and efficient manner
Liaise with the customers to make sure that they are always kept informed about the progress of the orders
Attend workstations within the Parts Department and carry out the necessary duties required for smooth running of the department
Ensure that correct authorisation for the purchases of parts have been obtained from the customer at all times
Carry out loading and unloading of collection and/or deliveries
Follow the correct procedures for warranty and repair & maintenance and surcharges in line with the company and manufacturer
Liaise with colleagues
Assist in stock checks and ensure that all paperwork linked with the department is completed.

What the successful Night Shift Commercial Parts Advisor will get:

A basic salary of up to £30,000
OTE of up to £34,000
