We have an exciting new opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our Lotus Life team.

This is a rare opportunity to work for an exciting and iconic British automotive brand with ambitious plans for the future.

Lotus Life is a newly formed division, established to lead the development of products and experiences beyond the car.

The Lotus Life UK team is embarking on a significant growth trajectory and in this role, you will be integral to the efficiency and organisation of the team and business performance.


Working proactively with the Product Line Director and the UK Lotus Life commercial team, you will ensure all administrative and organisational tasks are completed to a high standard.

Ensuring all information and actions are completed prior to meetings, minutes are captured, and actions are documented. This includes monitoring and documenting commercial department KPI's and other monthly reports.


Key responsibilities:


  • Prepare briefing and presentation documents which will be shared with the divisional VP, Business Office and Lotus Life team
  • Preparation of presentations in PowerPoint for all key stakeholder meetings
  • Management of diary activity and meeting cadence including agenda's, minutes and content collation
  • Preparation and timely delivery of a range of reports and presentations for the team
  • Budgetary analysis and support, including working with finance to produce relevant timely reports for the Lotus Life VP
  • Working with the commercial team and internal communications to ensure relevant cascading of information and timely completion of planned activities
  • Central UK coordination point for all Lotus Life team across UK, China & US
  • Make suggestions on process optimisation and improvement
  • Key project and activity coordination, including following key projects to ensure direction and steps according with plan
  • Organisation and coordination of travel arrangements as and when necessary for the Product Line Director and UK team where required

Key requirements:


  • Fluent in the use of variety of IT packages
  • Microsoft office 365 (Word Excel
  • Power Point) Power BI / Teams
  • Experience in administrative roles within the automotive or luxury goods industry
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to stay focused on assigned tasks, whilst maintaining priorities and attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team
  • Ability to draft documents without guidance
  • Selfmotivated and able to communicate at all levels within the company.
  • Able to work in central London a minimum of 12 days per week (Farringdon)
  • UK driver's license is advantageous
  • Bilingual, Chinese and English is advantageous
