Are you?

Experienced in construction as a tenant liaison officer
Looking for work in the North West
Comfortable with speaking to tenants and solving problems

The Role

The Tenant Liaison Officer will:

Liaise with stakeholders on site
Inform tenants on timescales of work
Organise any temporary moves for tenants if needed
Report to the Site Manager and ensure problems are kept to a minimum
Work is on highrise residential schemes for EWI and fire protection work
