My client is a well-respected designer and manufacturer.The company is well established in both the UK market and overseas.

Main Aim of the Job The main aim of this role is to support the Admin Team leader in managing the daily routine of the administration team and the day-to-day pace of work that is generated by that team.
You will have your own daily work to facilitate as part of your routine and have to work to and deadlines that need to be met when not covering the team leader's absence.
- Control the Courier bookings and information flow.
- Using knowledge of process and procedure to develop best practices.
- Order allocation.
- Liaison with all departments for passage of information flow to get orders dispatched that day.
- Printing picking notes.
- Booking large consignments for dispatch.
- Writing out Delivery notes UK & Export.
- Reacting to and resolving issues as they arise in order to get the orders out.
- Answering Phone queries.
- Finalising orders.
- Collection paperwork sorting drivers CMR.
- Oversee goods in and stock control are carrying out their daily administration.
- Be proactive in the ERP system improvements in order to heighten the departmental effectiveness.
- Oversee the full order cycle process and procedure improve and where and when required.
- Report all H&S issues.
- Consolidate and archive all required documents. Personal Qualities/Competencies
- Must be an excellent communicator.
- Must be an independent worker.
- Must be diligent and pay attention to detail and accuracy.
Overtime available (as required)
25 days' holiday pa + bank holidays - Monday to Friday
Basic day 0900hrs to 1730 (will need to do 0800 or-1600 & on occasion to cover holiday periods of other team member.
Desired, experience on warehouse software operating systems.
