Are you a Private Client Paralegal with 2-3 years' experience looking for your next role to showcase your accomplished Wills, Trusts and Probate knowledge? ACS Recruitment have partnered with one of the longest standing Law Firms in Northampton, who havebeen established for over 150 years, are seeking a Private Client Paralegal on a full-time permanent basis, offering excellent opportunity for progression - if this sounds like something of interest, we want to hear from you

Based in the spacious and modern offices, with parking available on site.

  • At least 3 years' experience of handling your own varied caseload
  • Dealing with various aspects of a private client caseload including Wills, LPA's, Court of Protection work and Estate planning/administration
  • Providing up to date and accurate legal advice in Wills, Trusts, Probate and Estate Administration
  • Experience of drafting Wills
  • Good knowledge of Wills, Probate and Trust legislation
  • Excellent Client Care
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office and associated products
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • Full UK Driving Licence (or equivalent)

Skills:


  • Experience of using a Case Management System
  • Networking experience with an ability to build business relationships
