Do you have experience as an HR Assistant, or are you looking to begin a rewarding career in HR? We are looking for a dynamic HR Assistant to support one of our Divisional HR Business Partner teams.


This role will initially be on a 12-month FTC, however, with expected growth across Jardine Motors Group over the next 12 months, there is potential for this role to become permanent.

This role can either be fully remote, hybrid, or based at one of our dealership locations.


As a Divisional HR Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the HR Business Partner team, including: creation of HR documents, reports and the maintenance of trackers related to divisional HR activity.


About the role

  • To support the HR Business Partner team with administrative support for the division, including the drafting of letters.
  • To ensure divisional trackers and scorecards are maintained and updated, proactively seeking any data required.
  • To provide, with guidance, HR support to line managers across the division, as and when requested by the Senior HR Business Partner.
  • To support dealership colleagues to ensure all required HR administration tasks are completed within required timeframes, and support with related audit activities.

What you will bring

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise own workload.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, in particular Microsoft Excel.
  • Employee relations experience is desirable, but not essential.
