Do you have experience as an HR Assistant, or are you looking to begin a rewarding career in HR? We are looking for a dynamic HR Assistant to support one of our Divisional HR Business Partner teams.
This role will initially be on a 12-month FTC, however, with expected growth across Jardine Motors Group over the next 12 months, there is potential for this role to become permanent.
As a Divisional HR Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the HR Business Partner team, including: creation of HR documents, reports and the maintenance of trackers related to divisional HR activity.
About the role
- To support the HR Business Partner team with administrative support for the division, including the drafting of letters.
- To ensure divisional trackers and scorecards are maintained and updated, proactively seeking any data required.
- To provide, with guidance, HR support to line managers across the division, as and when requested by the Senior HR Business Partner.
- To support dealership colleagues to ensure all required HR administration tasks are completed within required timeframes, and support with related audit activities.
What you will bring
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise own workload.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, in particular Microsoft Excel.
- Employee relations experience is desirable, but not essential.
