Guests who come to us have the unique experience of visiting and staying overnight in beautiful accommodation within a National Nature Reserve and immersing themselves amongst the peace and quiet of nature.

We know our hard working, friendly team are at the heart of that experience, and we are looking to complement our offering with a range of treatments.

As our in-house Therapist, naturally you will be passionate and friendly to all of our guests, whilst providing first class service delivering the highest standard of therapeutic, holistic and wellbeing treatments.

You will be confident with facials, holistic treatments and a range of massages.

We have a newly renovated, tranquil treatment room located in a peaceful corner of Kingshill Farm where you will guide guests to their personal and bespoke treatments.

Some duties and responsibilities include:

To carry out all treatments to a high standard, ensuring the specific treatment time is adhered to.
To provide the ultimate guests experience and be able to talk about other elements of Elmley.
To liaise in a positive and constructive manner with the rest of our team on days with scheduled treatments with any changes/additions, etc. being met in the everchanging needs of our guests.
Flexibility and cooperation are required at all times. This may also include shift changes at shorter notice.
Liaising with our marketing manager and Front of House team
To keep up to date with stock and developments relating to the product ranges and oversee bookings from our online booking software
When not delivering treatments you will be required to attend other duties as a general assistant
To ensure that equipment is fully operational and clean and report any defects to maintenance via the Manager on duty at any time of the day.
To adhere to Health and Safety regulations by using safe work practices.
Weekend and evening work is required.

Previous experience working as a therapist for a minimum of 3 years.

Comfortable overseeing bookings.
