We major in security-based environments including custody suites of magistrates and crown courts.

Our services are delivered by highly experienced Paramedics and Nurses lead by our in-house Clinical Team.

Position:

IPRS Aeromed are currently recruitment for an Operations Co-ordinator to join the expanding team based in the Gatwick office.


The Role:


As
Operations Co-ordinator for IPRS Aeromed you will work closely with operational, administrative and clinical colleagues to deliver the day-to-day operational running of the service.

This role will suit an excellent communicator with good organisational skills and a positive mindset. Full training will be provided along with a structured development plan.

_Operations Co-ordinator _your responsibilities include:

To assist in the successful service delivery of the Operations Department, working closely with the General Manager and Clinical Management Team

Regular liaison with Operational, Clinical and finance colleagues both at Gatwick and remote locations

To coordinate and support operationally all clinical team and bank medics undertaking work for IPRS Aeromed ensuring all tasks are planned effectively to meet the client's needs

Utilise a bespoke database for the management of staff and workload

Utilise management information to ensure sufficient resource availability for the demand and work with colleagues to address any projected shortfalls

Answering and/or redirecting queries, requests for information in line with company processes and policies

To assist in the coordination and implementation of key operational projects and new initiatives by supporting the staff involved


Provide shared coverage of the company's on call service overnight on weekdays 19:00 - 07:00 (3 nights a week, one week in four).

Provide shared coverage of the company's on call service at weekends on a rota basis (every six weeks).

Provision of weekend ops support to the Clinical case worker who run operations during this time, mínimal support will be required via phone on a rota basis

To assist in ensuring the on-target delivery of Company and Client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Management Information (MI)


If successful, you will be required to provide consent for a DBS check and Home Office security clearance check to be carried out.


Salary up to £27,000 per annum

40 hours per week

Qualifications:

4 GCSE/O level passes A-C or equivalent, including English and Maths or equivalent.


Experience:

Experience working in an office environment desirable but not essential.


Knowledge:


Some basic medical knowledge useful but not essential._ _
Full training provided.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills, a great team player and good flexibility.

Highly organised, methodical and a keen eye for detail.

Resilient, adaptable, confident and a great communicator.

Forward thinking and highly resourceful in finding solutions to obstacles
