Description

As part of a larger team you will help manage a portfolio of commercial property, bi-lateral, syndicated and complex loan structures.

These will be multi-million pound facilities from across Europe.


Responsibilities

  • Client liaison maintaining internal/external relationships.
  • Oversee deal analysis
  • Monitoring cash flows
  • Review and analyse Loan Documentation
  • Preparation of written reports
  • Ensure effective loan monitoring (Rent Rollovers and Covenants)
  • Instructing legal counsel, overseeing and managing the entire process until a satisfactory conclusion.

Skills

  • A minimum of 18 months recent Real Estate Finance experience
  • Ability to read and effectively interpret legal and financial documentation.
  • Cashflow Modelling and Credit Analysis skills.
  • A self motivated, team player
