Tannlin are offering an opportunity to join an independent international engineering company in Monkton as part of the administration/customer service team.

Ideally the person should be an organised, reliable individual with an attention to detail who is able to work as part of a team and on their own initiative with a positive attitude.

The position is full time/fixed term. Working hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer support liaising with production team to update customers on orders
Answering telephone and dealing with correspondence
Filing management

REQUIRED SKILLS

Excellent communication skills
Organisational skills, problem solving approach to tasks
Ability to investigate and resolve customer queries quickly and patiently
Ability to prioritise their own workload
Flexible approach to working
