We are currently recruiting a Repair Planner for our Client in Leeds LS3

Full time Monday to Friday 09.00 / 17.00

Pay £12.60 per hour PAYE or £15.49 per hour via Umbrella


The main purpose of this role is to work with both customers, colleagues and managers across the business ensuring that we as a team meet and deliver our values.

You will have a genuine passion to work with people, helping to build respect, trust and understanding.


Your main responsibilities will include:


  • Call handling in accordance with scripts for general enquiry calls and maintenance/repair enquiries.
  • Comply with all communicated policies, procedures, and codes of practice, manuals, and initiatives.
  • Complete inhouse training to be competent to deal with calls and enquiries.
  • Remain confidential while processing sensitive information relating to tenants, clients and other customers maintained confidentially.
  • Raising Repairs on our inhouse system

Ideally you will:


  • Have experience of working in a customer facing role
  • Confidence in written communication
  • Good administrative skills
  • Have a flexible and innovative approach.


This role will be based initially full time in LS3 before the possibility of moving to a hybrid approach once full trained.


Salary:
£12.60-£15.49 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
