Water Recycling is at the heart of our operations. The key services that we are responsible for are delivered by our in-house, highly skilled workforce.

We collect and treat the water that customers have used, returning it to the environment via rivers and coastal outlets.

Our network includes 76,000 kilometres of sewers which feed over 1,000 water recycling centres. Would you like to be part of a team who responsible for the safe and sustainable operation and maintenance of our water recycling assets?

What will you be doing?

We are looking to recruit a Catchment Team Administrator to work alongside the Water Recycling Management Team.


Key duties include:

Accurate planning, scheduling and recording of all meetings (meeting rooms, record minutes, arrange refreshments, organising invitations and communicating with attendees)

Managing meeting diaries, scheduling 1:2:1 meetings and monthly team meetings with efficiency and effectiveness is mind

Maintaining health and safety records for all team members

Keeping a record of gaps and/or training that is due to expire

Ensuring that all data collection and retention is in line with GDPR regulations

Ordering PPE, tools and equipment and stationery for team members

What does it take to be a Catchment Team Administrator?

Secretarial and/or administrative experience

Excellent IT skills - experience in MS Office 365

Ability to meet strict deadlines

Strong communication skills - both verbal and written

Attention to detail

Understanding of finance and budgetary requirements, with SAP knowledge would be desirable
