_ The Role:

The Global Humanitarian Team (GHT) are looking for a Business Administration Officer to work as part of the Business Support function.

The Administration Team's role contributes significantly in facilitating the deployment of staff to Oxfam's Humanitarian Programme, by providing critical and efficient travel and accommodation logistics and supporting all IT and procurement requirement to ensure the speedy deployment of staff.

We also support GHT core members of staff across different Oxfam affiliates globally.


_ What we are looking for:

As Business Administration Officer you will previous administrative experience, good organisational and time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing priorities.

You will have the ability to multitask and work to deadlines.


You will also have excellent computer skills and knowledge of digital technologies, including confidence and ability to develop skills in new and unfamiliar software and hardware as well as excellent communication both written and verbal skills in English.
