We are a family-run business that aims to produce the best high-end industrial furniture in the world. Our mission is simple - to sell high-quality furniture that will last generations with mínimal environmental impact. All of this happens from our creative design studio and production workshop based in Bristol, England.


The Marketing Executive will develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, attract new customers, and maximise market presence.

This role requires an innovative professional with a keen eye for market trends and a talent for creating engaging content.

Responsibilities:


  • Social media management across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn & YouTube)
  • Content creation & image/video editing
  • Website management, including SEO optimisation
  • Maintain a consistent brand identity & messaging across all channels.
  • Keep up with digital developments & adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Construct & implement digital marketing strategies.
  • Campaign planning and management
  • Lead generation & support the sales team's growth targets
  • Briefing, liaising with, and getting the best out of external agency resource
  • Use digital marketing & SEO tools (eg. GA4, SemRush) to understand and improve website & campaign performance
  • Work closely alongside Business Development Executive.
  • Deliver significant marketing collateral online & offline to support organisational needs & marketing campaigns of the business.

Experience:


  • 2+ years experience in a similar role
  • A wellrounded marketer with capability across the marketing mix
  • Luxury/premium market knowledge
  • B2B, B2C and international experience with a strong digital focus
  • Experience in content planning and generation for digital channels
  • Brand building & maintenance
  • Customer journey tracking & optimisation
  • Managing agencies & other external resource
  • Experience in delivering consistently against the plan

Skills:


  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite desirable (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Creative thinking & ability to think outside the box
  • Experience with digital ad platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite)
  • Insightful able to identify & understand the market and customer motivations/drivers
  • A passion for premium design & interiors
  • Relevant CRM experience (Hubspot)
  • Good understanding of SEO principles

Qualifications:

  • Degree educated in Marketing / equivalent professional experience
  • CIM or other professional marketing qualifications desirable

Working hours
Monday to Friday from with overtime when required. 30min paid break and 15min unpaid.


Salary

  • 3 months £24,960 (£12.00ph)
  • 12 months £27,040 (£13.00ph) (Following a satisfactory performance review at 3 months)
Further salary reviews and pay increases based on performance.
