We are looking for dynamic, innovative and conscientious
Planning and Review Coordinator to join our Children in Care service.

The key purpose of this role is to ensure that every child who is looked after by the London Borough of Ealing, has a child review (CLA review).

This is a statutory meeting that brings together key people and professionals who are closely connected with the care of the child.

This is achieved through coordinating statutory independent reviews of all children looked after as defined by the Children Acts 1989 & 2004, and to produce detailed reports and necessary data and statistics to support the performance team with DFE returns within statutory timeframes.

The post holder will be responsible for liaising with Social workers; Team Managers, Independent Reviewing Officers (IROs), LAC Health nurses, and the Performance Management Team to provide information and data and to manage the coordination of the annual reviews for 300+ children Looked After (CLA).

You will be known for your attention to detail, can do attitude and demonstrate your ability to maintain focus whilst working under pressure to deadlines and statutory requirements/ KPIs, whilst delivering exceptional customer service.

This is a full-time role and the post holder will be required to work from the office a minimum of 3 days per week, more during the training period.

The role is offered as a secondment/FTC for a period of 18th months to begin 2 October 2023.
